Grant Holbrook has been an Ottawa-based Realtor since 2012. Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from first-time home buyers to experienced investors. Born and raised in Ottawa, Grant attended both Algonquin College and Carleton University. He began his career as a geologist before transitioning into real estate—bringing with him strong research skills and a data-driven approach that prove invaluable in complex or challenging situations. Grant is known for going the extra mile for his clients. His strong negotiation skills are one of the key reasons buyers and sellers trust him to represent their best interests. He is also highly tech-savvy, using modern marketing and technology to ensure listings receive maximum exposure and sell effectively. Rather than taking on countless listings, Grant focuses on a select number of clients at a time. This allows him to provide personalized attention and ensure every home receives the care and strategy needed to sell successfully. When not working, Grant spends time with his family, golfs or loves the peace of the water and country.
