Claridge Proposes Urban Expansion - 2,391 new homes to Stittsville

The City of Ottawa recently received an application from Claridge Homes to expand the west urban boundary of Ottawa by 276 acres along the west edge of Stittsville on the north and south sides of Fernbank Rd. The proposal for future real estate development would add approximately 2391 new homes to the area.
